At the direction of President Barack Obama, all U.S. and Pennsylvania flags at state facilities, including those at ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ, have been lowered to half staff to honor the memory of Senator Ted Kennedy.
Kennedy, a U.S. senator from Massachusetts, died Tuesday, August 25, at age seventy-seven.
Flags should remain at half staff through August 30, 2009.
