��Ƶ is facing its most challenging times in over a century. But we have the opportunity to write the next chapter of our history as a story of resilience and teamwork. Our focus must be on our students and meeting their needs so they can succeed. We have a good plan, and we need every one of us to pitch in and do our share. My own goals support the strategic plan and focus on better serving our current and future students I believe we can do this. And with your help, we will do this.

Strategic Plan

��Ƶ’s Strategic Plan for 2020–28 is designed to transform the culture at ��Ƶ to enhance the student experience by fostering exceptional student-centeredness.

Presidential Goals

To address the issues we currently face, I have created a list of seven goals that I believe will lead ��Ƶ to a brighter future. Although these are listed as the president’s goals, they are goals for everyone at ��Ƶ. If we all pitch in and work this plan, we will arrive at a future where ��Ƶ is a shining star in higher education.

��Ƶ’s future focuses on innovation and flexibility with student success at its core. Streamlined processes, strong partnerships, and a restructured curriculum will drive sustainability. Together, we will build a dynamic, adaptable university that meets the evolving needs of our students and society.
