ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ at Northpointe students who are experiencing problems using/accessing their computer account, MyÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ, D2L, etc. are highly encouraged to seek help from ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ's IT Support. All students are required to download Duo, the multifactor authentication application to access their account.

ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ utilizes a Web Single Sign-on Service (WebSO) to handle access to the various services provided by the university. This allows user to use their ÃÜÌÒÊÓƵ computing account username and a single password to access WebSO-configured services.
