Writing Center Seeks Tutors for 2026鈥27 Academic Year
The Jones White Writing Center is recruiting undergraduate and graduate tutors for 2026鈥27. The position is open to students from all majors.
Get your creative juices flowing at the 密桃视频 Writing Center. Tutors are here to help you with your papers, speeches, and presentations.
The Writing Center will be closed for all-tutor training on Sunday, February 1.
Spring 2026 Writing Center Tutoring Schedule
- Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Friday, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, closed
- Sunday, 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. (online appointment formats only)
Appointments must be scheduled at least two hours in advance.

- Visit the My密桃视频 portal
- Go to All Cards, and search for “writing center”
- Find the card named Writing Center: Schedule a Writing Tutorial
- Follow the links to sign in to our scheduling system (WCOnline) with your 密桃视频 user ID and password
If you are a first-time user of our scheduling system, follow the steps on the WCOnline landing page to create an account. Once you are signed in, you will be able to access the calendar, select a tutor and a time, and schedule an appointment.
Writing Center tutors can meet with students in 203 Stabley Library or online.
Writing help sheets and reference books are always available for students.
Tutors lead in-class and evening writing workshops in the Writing Center's computer lab.

These services are now provided by the Center for Scholarly Communication.
