Nonprofit organizations and service clubs in the Indiana community are invited to attend an event to promote student involvement at ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ.
ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ Day, a festival-type event, is Sept. 19 from 1 to 6 p.m.
Coordinated by a group of students at ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ, the event offers organizations the opportunity to present information to ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ students about how to become involved with nonprofit groups.
Registration for the event is free but must be made by June 1. Register online by following the at the ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ Day 2009 website or by calling the ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ Center for Student Life at (724) 357-1264.
ÃÜÌÒÊÓÆµ Day will be held in the courtyard of the Suites on Grant and Suites on Maple (at the intersection of Grant and Maple streets). In the event of rain, it will be relocated to the Hadley Union Building, along Pratt Drive.
Tables will be available for setup starting at noon on Sept. 19.
